Silent Auction Item Disclaimer

​

This silent auction item includes the installation of 125 linear feet of Trimlight 3L 9” permanent lighting on the front of the winner’s home. All proceeds benefit an individual currently battling brain cancer.

​

Coverage: This package covers up to 125 linear feet of installed Trimlight. Prior to scheduling installation, measurements will be taken to determine the exact linear footage of the winner’s home.

​

Winner must be homeowner. Lights cannot be installed on rental or leased properties. 

​

Homes under 125 linear feet: No portion of the donation will be refunded if the home requires less than 125 linear feet.

​

Homes over 125 linear feet: The winner will be responsible for any balance due beyond the 125 linear feet included in this package. Additional footage pricing will be presented and agreed upon prior to installation.

​

Non-Transferable / Non-Refundable: This package is awarded to the winner only and may not be transferred to another individual or address. If the winner chooses not to have the system installed, the package is forfeited with no refund issued.
